Climate change is scary and we can fight it.

Keep hygienic and eat properly. You do not need to be a ‘new and better you’. You do not need to be perfect. If you are worried that you or some you know is becoming anxious, low or obsessive about the world and environment, please seek help from a counsellor or your GP.

You deserve help.

If you want to help others and help the world, you have to help yourself.

Everyone needs rest, everyone makes mistakes, everyone deserves to say sorry, everyone deserves love, everyone deserves forgiveness, everyone deserves care.

Please, do not care for the world and the earth at your own jeopardy. Keep safe while being eco-friendly.
